Pick it up two weeks later between 3 PM and 4:30 PM.

Make a money order to the Consulate General of Brazi.

TO REQUEST VISAS, THE PROPER FORM MUST BE ELECTRONICALLY FILLED

The protocol page (with bar code) must be printed, signed and presented at the Consulate General along with one 5 X 7 cm (2” X 2 _”) photo and the necessary documentation.

Make photocopies of your airplane ticket, the proof of purchase of the
said ticket, your credit card, recent bank statements or your tax report.
This will prove the Consulate officers that you are able financially.
